Founded in 2025, my mission began with a simple but radical idea: that true strength in men is found in vulnerability. We believe that by opening up to friends and family, men don’t just heal themselves—they build stronger communities. In 2026, we expanded that mission. We recognize that mental health and social justice are deeply linked, which is why we’ve committed to the active fight against fascism. We believe a healthier man is a more engaged citizen, standing firm against oppression in all its forms
